As a part of the Water Master Plan, the City of Oklahoma City (City) selected Cowan Group Engineering (CGE) for the WC-0955 Waterlines project. CGE provided plans and specifications for the construction of approximately 16,000 linear feet of 8-inch waterline to serve the residential areas in the City. CGE also provided construction administration and inspection services throughout the project.
