Since January 2020, Cowan Group Engineering (CGE) has completed more than 40 individual boundary surveys and/or ALTA/NSPS surveys on more than 25 individual projects, across Oklahoma City Corporate Limits.

Boundary surveys have ranged from a single lot survey to multiple lot surveys or large acreage properties. With each survey, the property’s title commitment was examined and detailed on the face of the plat whether any special exceptions applied to the subject property.

Through the 26 separate projects, CGE successfully worked with 5 project managers and all appreciated CGE’s attention to detail, effective communication, solutions to land surveying issues encountered and ability to efficiently produce a quality land survey within budget.
